ILSI SEA Region, in collaboration with ILSI Global(opens in new tab) and ALSIN(opens in new tab), will participate in the upcoming IUFoST World Food Congress 2026, to be held on 25–29 October 2026 in Hong Kong. The IUFoST World Food Congress brings together scientists, technologists, policymakers, industry leaders and other stakeholders from around the world to exchange scientific knowledge, share perspectives and explore evidence-based approaches to the evolving challenges in food, health and sustainability.

As part of the Congress program, ILSI SEA Region, in collaboration with ILSI Global and ALSIN, will organize 2 scientific sessions:
