Food allergies affect millions of individuals and pose significant challenges to food safety management worldwide, including the Asia Pacific region. This trend has led to heightened concerns among consumers, healthcare professionals, and food manufacturers, emphasizing the need for more stringent regulations and improved allergen control measures. To address these concerns, regulatory agencies are continuously updating food allergen policies based on the latest scientific evidence.

Participants were able to engage in meaningful discussions, share experiences, and develop strategies to address current and emerging allergen-related challenges.
