Chemical Food Safety
Keeping food safe is a challenge. With free trade and globalization of food products, there is an increase in food hazards to the population. Understanding the risks associated with chemical food safety hazards can effectively mitigate the risk of foodborne illnesses using a robust food safety management system.
This webinar will promote the understanding of the different chemical contaminants in food which may emerge or re-emerge as public health concerns for food safety, communicate the health impact of chemical food hazards and address emerging scientific issues related to chemical safety in food and water that are affecting the country.
