The 2nd ASEAN Food Consumption Data & Exposure Assessment Workshop will follow up on the outcomes from the 1st ASEAN Food Consumption Data & Exposure Assessment Workshop, held in October 2011, to develop a common ASEAN Food Consumption Database that could be used for dietary exposure assessment purposes at the regional level. This workshop will aim to finalize the list of common food categories to be used as the basis for the ASEAN Food Consumption Database, as well as to undertake case studies on dietary exposure assessment of different chemicals in food using the compiled food consumption data from participating ASEAN member countries.
